Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Persis Studio are digital files (3D models, designs, etc.). Once the purchase is completed, files are immediately available for download.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only possible if the downloaded files are corrupted or inaccessible. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the issue and proof of download.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@persisstudio.com with your order details and a description of the problem.

4. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for simple change of mind or incorrect use of the files. All sales are final unless the files are defective or inaccessible.
